FDarchitecten

FDarchitecten was hired by Zuidland Lijmwerken, a building construction service provider, to design a new, sustainable and modern building. The goal was to create a timeless infrastructure that adheres to a zero-emission policy, is Paris proof, and achieves a GPR rating of 8.5. The company was chosen due to its proximity to the client, its excellent culture fit, and its focus on sustainability. A team of 2-5 FDarchitecten employees was assigned to the project, which involved various design phases, from preliminary to technical. The scope of work included obtaining permits, consulting with the local municipality, and providing ad hoc advice during the realization phases. The energy design was based on the most recent technologies available in the market, with sustainability and future readiness being the main objectives of the project. The client was highly satisfied with FDarchitecten's work, praising their geographic convenience, cultural fit, and focus on sustainability.
