In a project with PartnerCentric, a marketing agency, Fazer was tasked with articulating the company's differentiated value in a confusing marketplace, rallying the internal team around a credible purpose, and updating the website to more clearly reflect this value. A team of 6-10 employees from Fazer conducted a deep dive into the company's nearly 20-year history, the leadership's vision, and client needs. The result was a brand narrative that led to a revised company logo, a refreshed graphic look and feel, and an engaging website design. This narrative was used to articulate the brand purpose in a simple and inspiring way to both internal and client audiences, and was applied to a fully functional website.

For an advertising services company, Fazer was tasked with defining the product architecture and improving lead generation. A team of 5-7 employees from Fazer, including two strategy officers, a strategy director, a lead copywriter, an account director, a design director, and another designer, worked on this project. They designed graphics for events, reports, and landing pages, and supported the creation of the brand strategy, product strategy, brand architecture, and visual identity. Fazer also designed and developed the company's website, creating a blog and case study sections with a unique search and discovery mechanism for finding content around specific topics. The engagement, which started in December 2022, is ongoing with Fazer now on retainer.
