Fast White Cat was engaged by Tchibo, a German coffee maker, to support their e-commerce activities on Allegro, the biggest e-commerce site in Poland. The goal was to increase the distribution of Cafissimo, a single-portion coffee maker brand. Fast White Cat developed the Cafissimo listing on Allegro, handled warehousing and customer communications, and proposed strategies to boost online sales. They were found by the client's B2B development manager and were paid a commission for each sale generated. Fast White Cat was contracted by 4F, a Polish sport-fashion clothing brand, to develop and maintain their e-commerce website. The project involved migrating the client's existing online shop to Magento2 without losing any functionalities and without interrupting online sales. Fast White Cat prepared mockups, performed front-end and back-end works, and administered the project on AWS Cloud.
