Highlights from Recent Projects
Fast White Cat was hired by 4F, a Polish sport-fashion clothing brand, to migrate their existing online shop from an old e-commerce engine to Magento2. The project required seamless migration of data and a quick launch to avoid long-term sales disruption. Fast White Cat successfully migrated the online shop and has continued to provide maintenance and development services. They were chosen for this project through a competitive tender process, meeting the client's demands for cost, deadline, and MVP scope. The project team included a project manager, tech lead, front-end and back-end developers, a part-time DevOps, a QA, and a business solution analyst.
Fast White Cat worked with Tchibo, a German coffee maker, to increase the distribution of their Cafissimo brand on Allegro, Poland's largest e-commerce site. Fast White Cat developed the Cafissimo listing on Allegro, handled warehousing and customer communications, and provided suggestions to boost online business. The collaboration began in May 2015 and is set to continue for the foreseeable future. The cost of Fast White Cat's services ranged between $50,000 and $100,000, with the company receiving a commission for each sale of coffee, machinery, and accessories.
Fast White Cat partnered with INIS, a B2B digital marketing agency, to maintain and optimize their affiliate system, integrate with third-party systems, and develop and implement a custom API. They managed the high-availability infrastructure using Docker, AWS, and Nginx, optimized database performance, automated deployments and monitoring, and resolved critical incidents. They expanded the affiliate platform's core functionalities, integrated third-party tools, improved UX/UI, and designed and deployed a secure RESTful API for partner data exchange. The project resulted in a stable, scalable affiliate platform with 40% faster query response times, a new API ecosystem adopted by 10+ partners, full technical documentation and integration guides, and automated CI/CD pipelines reducing deployment downtime by 90%.
