Falcn Lab was hired by a media and advertising agency to develop a retail advertising app. The company chose Falcn Lab due to their responsiveness, understanding of the issues with the app, and their timely delivery. A team of four from Falcn Lab, including the president and project manager, worked on the project, achieving 100% functionality, which was the primary goal.

Falcn Lab was engaged by a protein manufacturing company to maintain and update their website, which was built on Ruby on Rails and hosted on a Linux server. Initially, two team members from Falcn Lab worked on the project, and later a Ruby on Rails developer joined the team. The client chose Falcn Lab after reading positive reviews about their work online. They invested between $3,000–$4,000 in this ongoing project that started in October 2020.

The founder of a digital healthcare company hired Falcn Lab to build a comprehensive EHR integrated with DICOM viewer and video chat features for their platform. The client selected Falcn Lab after interviewing several firms and finding their communication skills and understanding of the project requirements superior. A six-person team from Falcn Lab, including a business analyst, project manager, team lead, designers, QA testers, and software developers, worked on the project. The platform they built allows up to 12 people in a joint conference call for consultation and is available in both English and Chinese.
