A team of five from EZMID, including a financial account manager, project manager, analyst, and two developers, collaborated on this project. The client chose EZMID based on a recommendation from their previous software vendor, who praised them as a reliable partner.
Moonsoft HR Solutions GmbH, a Vienna-based company, engaged EZMID to implement a web interface for their enterprise administration software module. The goal was to understand customer needs, consult HR experts, and deliver a stable, easy-to-use platform with smooth performance. EZMID's team, ranging from developers to the CEO, developed a complex backend service for a custom business management software module. The vendor was selected due to positive customer feedback from similar businesses.
Rohlik Group, Europe's leading online grocery delivery service, enlisted EZMID's services for ongoing HR support. Previously, EZMID had provided successful service support for the company's payroll accounting system for the Czech Republic. This time, the project involved complete administration, development, and management of a new HRIS for the entire group, including service support for end users and local HR teams. EZMID was chosen from a shortlist of four potential vendors, meeting the required criteria of quick problem orientation, multilingual support, knowledge of HR processes and legislative restrictions in local countries, and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The project involved mapping and documenting current status and processes, onboarding of three new countries, training HR teams, setting up data flow and data quality, integrating with local payroll systems and the group accounting system, and daily support of end users and HR teams. EZMID provided 1.5 to 1 full-time equivalent (FTE) to cover complete system administration each month and 1 to 2 FTEs for short-term integration projects.
