EZMID

EZMID was hired by Rohlik Group, a leading online grocery delivery service in Europe, to administer, develop and manage a new HRIS for the whole group. The company had previously engaged with EZMID for payroll accounting system support. Key tasks for this project included mapping and documenting the current status and processes, training HR teams, setting up data quality and data flow, integrating with local payroll systems and group accounting system, and involvement in the design of automation and robotics processes. A team of 1 to 2 Full-Time Equivalents (FTE) from the vendor's team worked on this project, providing complete system administration each month. Rohlik Group required EZMID to understand the company's fast-paced and open culture, as well as HR processes and legislative restrictions in local countries.

For moonsoft HR Solutions GmbH, based in Vienna, EZMID implemented a web interface for the enterprise administration software module. The project involved understanding customer needs, consulting HR experts and delivering a stable, easy-to-use interface with smooth performance. EZMID was chosen due to positive customer feedback from the same line of business. A team of four, including the CEO and developers, worked on the project.

Idealne Domy, a construction company from Slovakia, hired EZMID for their custom back office solution. The vendor was recommended by their previous software vendor as a reliable partner. The project involved multiple phases scattered across the year, depending on the company's marketing plans. A team of five from EZMID, including a financial account manager, a project manager, analyst and two developers, was involved in the project. The process included meeting with the project manager and technical analyst to discuss deliverables and deadlines, with all activities tracked using a common project management suite.
