Highlights from Recent Projects
Exygy partnered with the Department of Human Resources for the city and county of San Francisco to create a WordPress portal that could be managed independently from the standardized city platform. The HR department sought a platform that could house outreach materials, guidance, forms, and orientation videos for the city's HR personnel. Exygy designed and built the webpage, enabling the HR department to post content and maintain the site independently. The project took approximately six to nine months and was completed in two phases in 2012 and 2013. The client was satisfied with Exygy's work, particularly praising the second phase of the project where Exygy perfectly executed the client's clearer vision.
Qure Healthcare, a physician engagement company, sought Exygy's expertise to maintain and improve their existing platform for physician feedback on virtual patient simulations. Over the past four years, Exygy has acted as Qure's software development partner, overseeing two large-scale improvements and re-engineerings of their platform and user interface. Exygy also provided user design and user experience services. The client has invested between $200,000 and $300,000 in their ongoing relationship with Exygy, and they are currently finalizing a large redesign project of their platform.
B Lab, a non-profit organization leading a global movement of businesses using their resources for good, engaged Exygy to strategize the future of their internal-facing digital community, the B Hive. Exygy conducted extensive research across B Lab's current and prospective communities, including global partners and companies measuring impact through B Lab's tool. Based on this research, Exygy recommended the next steps for investment in the platform, considering B Lab's constraints as a non-profit organization. The project, which cost $75,000 with a substantial pro bono component from Exygy, was completed between December 2016 and February 2017.
