ExtendApps

ExtendApps developed a custom application for a global transportation broker. The client aimed to create an app that enabled their customers to easily integrate into their system, allowing functionalities such as rating, tendering, and tracking within their NetSuite platforms. ExtendApps built the app from scratch for both iOS and Android platforms, offering continuous support post-launch. The project team consisted of five members, including two partners and three developers. The project, which began in October 2020, is ongoing with new updates released every two months. The investment in the project so far lies between $230,000–$240,000.

For a B2B SaaS company, Performio, ExtendApps built an integration with NetSuite that was listed on their app store. The project involved the creation of an app that could be installed in the client's instance of NetSuite, which functioned with NetSuite's "saved batches" feature to push transaction data into the client's product. ExtendApps ensured the successful testing of the app and secured the "Built for NetSuite" designation, which was crucial for the project's success. The collaboration involved 3-4 people from the ExtendApps team, including project managers and developers.

ExtendApps was hired by a travel and expense software company for a custom software development project. The requirement was to develop a dedicated NetSuite app that would allow clients to self-manage their integration with the company's software. ExtendApps was chosen for their expertise in the NetSuite ecosystem. The project involved scoping product requirements, understanding client needs/problems, and allocating resources between the company's engineers and ExtendApps. The key deliverable was to submit a dedicated NetSuite app and pass their approval process for listing it in the SuiteApp marketplace. The ExtendApps team consisted of a project manager, a technical expert, and a systems expert.
