ExpertaLabs completed a custom software development project for a traffic management system company, Yunex GmbH, who needed to extend their capacity. The project involved implementing specific requirements using Java and Kubernetes cloud technology in a modern microservice architecture. The ExpertaLabs team set up the deployment environment, implemented three initial use cases with a focus on automated testing and performance optimization, and prepared for a live demo for the client's customers. The decision to hire ExpertaLabs was based on their proximity, experienced team, and reasonable hourly rate. Two senior Java full-stack developers from ExpertaLabs worked on this project.

In another project, ExpertaLabs worked with Yunex Traffic on the development of a new field device for Vehicle-to-Infrastructure communication. The team was involved in the complete product lifecycle, from initial product definition to market launch. They set up and developed the software for a Linux-based embedded system, requiring expertise in embedded software, cyber security, and web user interface. The project was developed according to the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe). The team also provided relevant development and customer documentation. The team consisted of eight developers and one product owner.

ExpertaLabs also delivered a custom software development and cloud monitoring solution for an IT company working in the mobility field. The company needed an urgent solution that supported heavy customization, worked in the cloud and on-premise, and offered IoT support. ExpertaLabs was chosen based on their optimal solution for monitoring and logging and their ability to deliver within a strict time schedule. The project involved daily discussions, weekly recaps, and full automation, integrated testing, and deployment. The technologies used included GitLab/GitHub, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, GoLang, Grafana, and Prometheus. Two experts from ExpertaLabs worked with three people from the client's team on this project.
