Exodata

Exodata was hired by a coffee company to provide managed services. The vendor was selected for their cost-effectiveness and reliability, discovered via a Google search. The project involved setting up and managing workstations and servers in the new office. Two resources from Exodata, an operations manager and head of IT, worked on this project. The client appreciated the vendor's reliability and cost-effectiveness, which were the main reasons for their selection.

In another project, Exodata was engaged by Heritage Distribution Holdings, a HVAC/R distributor, to re-architect their Azure environment and conduct a full physical network refactor across over 100 locations. Exodata designed and implemented a scalable, secure Azure environment, including security, Azure Virtual Desktop, monitoring, analytics, and budget controls. Additionally, they refactored the network across all locations, replacing old networking equipment with a new stack, including routers, switches, firewalls, access points, and cameras. The client worked with 10-15 team members from Exodata, investing $1 million in the project. The decision to work with Exodata was influenced by their high ratings, cultural fit, and alignment with the client's values. The engagement began in January 2025 and is ongoing.
