Exlabs was hired by Learn Amp, a leading learning suite, to migrate their platform to the public cloud (Amazon AWS) from Heroku. The migration was a significant one, encompassing their entire infrastructure and required minimal service disruption. Exlabs employed their expertise in this area to support the integration of the CI/CD pipeline and to guide the migration process. The project was meticulously planned and executed, with the new environment going live within the planned maintenance window without any issues. The project involved a team of 3-4 experts from Exlabs, who worked closely with the Learn Amp team.

In another project, Exlabs collaborated with a B2B service startup to develop their initial proof of concept for TrackMyRisks into a fully cloud-based platform on AWS. The goal was to create a platform that could scale infinitely with minimal developer input. The project was executed using agile framework, SCRUM and KANBAN methodologies, and AWS serverless architecture. The Exlabs team, which consisted of various roles including project manager, Scrum Master, UX/UI designer, developers, and sys admin, managed the entire product development lifecycle.

Exlabs also worked with ConnectD, a leading community network company, to modernise their technical solution. The goal was to provide a more sustainable foundation for future growth. The project started with remote workshops to gather requirements and design the system flow. The agile development process was divided into two-week cycles, with Exlabs taking ownership of the SDLC. The application was successfully released after 10 months of active development, and the modernised modules integrated seamlessly with legacy systems. The project team from Exlabs included a solutions architect, delivery manager, engineering team, UX specialist, and quality assurance analyst.
