Highlights from Recent Projects
Eximia was contracted by a car rental company to develop a custom ERP platform, as the company's previous system was not meeting their expectations. The platform, which was developed from scratch, manages various aspects such as contracts, purchases, billing, and fleet management. Eximia currently provides support and updates for the system. The team comprised of five individuals, including two developers, an accountant, a commercial manager, and an extra teammate for support. The project, which started in January 2012, is still ongoing, with the platform having been implemented in November 2013.
In another project, Eximia was hired by an optical company to help with the migration of their system into the cloud. The company's previous on-premise servers were hacked, prompting the need for a more secure solution. Eximia developed the company's cloud-based core system for management, billing, stock control, CRM, and more. The main point of contact for the company was Eximia's project manager, with occasional collaboration with two developers. The companies have been working together since November 2019.
Eximia was also hired by a fashion retail company to develop ERP software for their accounting department. Initially, the software was integrated into the billing system of one of the company's branches. However, it was later expanded into the company's global billing system and implemented in seven of its branches. The team from Eximia comprised of three developers and three support personnel initially, but the composition changed over time. In total, the company worked with about ten people from Eximia. The collaboration, which began in January 2014, is still ongoing.
