Exerge IT undertook a project for Berlitz, a language company, to develop a custom CRM and redesign their website. The company had a significant number of leads coming to their call center but lacked the means to effectively store and manage them. Exerge IT developed a CRM using Kordeva, which now allows Berlitz to keep records of all their customers and analyze areas for improvement. Following the successful implementation of the CRM, Exerge IT was further tasked with the redesign of Berlitz's website and also assisted with their SEO.
