Excellon Software was engaged by Bajaj Auto Ltd., an automotive manufacturer, to develop their dealership management system. The scope of the project involved consulting on and developing an ERP system for inventory and supply chain management, which also functioned as a POS system for capturing customer transactions related to billing, insurance, financial documents, and registrations. Excellon Software also developed a CMS for mobile apps that allowed Bajaj Auto to communicate with customers and manage complaints. Furthermore, they assisted in creating a B2C platform to connect customers via mobile apps and on an e-commerce platform. The engagement began in January 2019 and continues to date. The Bajaj Auto manager primarily liaised with Excellon Software's director of engineering, director of support, and director of projects, with the UI/UX team also stepping in during the design phase. Excellon Software was chosen for this project due to their ability to meet Bajaj Auto's criteria and their competitive edge over other potential partners.
