Exceed IT

Exceed IT was hired by Meadowlark Media, a sports-focused media company, to develop a new platform from scratch. The team at Exceed IT was instrumental in outlining the project, selecting the right programming language, and handling web design and functionality. They also established an onboarding process for freelancers and addressed site security concerns. A Twilio function was implemented to enhance security, and a dual-tiered purchase system was set up for different client types. The project is currently in the refinement stage, with new features being added based on potential client feedback. The project is expected to be completed in the next three months.

Exceed IT partnered with Crediverso, an online marketplace for credit cards, credit checks, and foreign money transfers, to modernize and enhance their application. The project was divided into two stages. Initially, Exceed IT updated the application's technology and improved its user interface. The second phase involved enriching the functionality to optimize the use of gathered data. This included data visualization through charts, cross-referencing data, and implementing additional functions. The collaboration was characterized by regular meetings and a division of work into distinct sprints. Over a year, the development progressed at a pace that suited Crediverso's requirements.
