Exaud

Exaud was hired by a medium-sized construction company to take over the maintenance and support of an existing web application, as well as to continue its development and expansion. The selection of Exaud was based on their team size and skills, communication capabilities, and experience with GCP and Node.js. The project was managed using the Bitbucket platform and involved multiple sprints with monthly release cycles. The application ran on GCP using Node.js. The construction company mainly worked with one developer from Exaud, who was supported by other staff for light-duty PM tasks and additional developers/testers as needed.

Learning Design Network, Inc., a provider of expert learning programs, partnered with Exaud to digitize their product offerings in response to COVID-19. The goal was to create a comprehensive digital tool for customized employee training within a specially designed 3D digital environment. The project was divided into three phases: Lobby, Presentation Hall, and Small Groups around Learning Activities. Exaud was chosen for their good value for cost and a referral. The final product included a lobby for participant connection, a presentation hall for dynamic presentations, and smaller groups for interactive learning activities.

Key Simple, a company that designs advanced software systems, hired Exaud to develop and maintain a payments processing system, design firmware and software for a smart electronic pen, and develop an AI learning management system. Exaud was selected due to their cultural fit, good value for cost, and alignment of company values. The team from Exaud, consisting of 6-10 employees, provided great support and supplemented Key Simple's team on various projects. They stood out for their ability to understand customer requirements and propose specific solutions, unlike other outsourced teams.
