Evolved Ideas

Evolved Ideas was engaged by TeeVid, a company providing end-to-end solutions for hybrid and virtual web events, to address their challenges in recruitment and administration. The tech-oriented startup sought to build and maintain a stable team without high turnover rates. Evolved Ideas provided developers based in Ukraine, who were integrated into the TeeVid team after an initial screening and interview process by the client's CTO. The Evolved Ideas team handled the recruitment phase, administrative tasks, salary payments, and office and equipment management. Starting with a small group, the partnership has grown to include 13 developers from Evolved Ideas, with two main points of contact for recruitment and administrative issues. Since the beginning of the engagement in October 2018, TeeVid has invested over $1.25 million, with monthly payments averaging between $50,000 and $60,000. The developers from Evolved Ideas work directly with TeeVid's customers for support issues and continue to support released versions and develop new features. The engagement is ongoing.
