Evolve

Evolve was hired by Providence Health & Services, the largest healthcare provider in Oregon, to define a unique member experience based on customer priorities. A team of 6-10 Evolve employees was engaged in this project. The scope of work included member research, synthesis & strategy, design and prototyping, co-design research, and refining and testing. The project was successful and the client was referred to Evolve for its collaborative approach.

In a separate project, Evolve worked with a financial services company to develop a vision for their Client Experience Program. The goals included co-creating future state visions for specific client segments and products, and designing a Client Experience toolkit for programmatic approaches and assets. This long-term partnership resulted in several high-value deliverables, including design and customer journey for multiple products and segments, and the development of Customer Experience fundamentals, personas, journeys, and toolkit.

Finally, Evolve was engaged by a financial services company to develop an employee experience framework, journey map, and personas. In addition, they were tasked with building and deploying several intranet sites to support employees, as well as facilitating several workshops for empathy mapping during the pandemic. The project resulted in the establishment of an employee experience practice, the creation of company-wide personas and journey maps, and the deployment of several intranet sites.
