Evolve Collaborative was hired by Providence Health & Services, Oregon's largest healthcare provider, to redefine their member experience. The goal was to prioritize the needs of customers and members over the organization's own priorities. The Evolve team, consisting of 6-10 employees, embarked on a comprehensive project involving member research, strategy development, design, prototyping, co-design research, refinement, and testing. The project was successful, and the client was referred to Evolve Collaborative due to their reputation for excellence and unique approach.

The company was also engaged by a financial services company to develop a vision for their Client Experience Program. The project involved co-creating future state visions for specific client segments and products and designing a Client Experience toolkit. The Evolve team, which consisted of 2-5 employees, worked closely with the client over a period of 3-5 years, helping to develop and realize their Customer Experience vision. The client praised Evolve for their strategic lens, design expertise, and the creation of a robust set of tools that put customers at the center of decision making.

Another project involved a bank seeking to develop an employee experience framework, journey map, and personas. The bank also wanted to build several intranet sites to support employees and facilitate empathy mapping workshops during the pandemic. The Evolve team, comprised of 2-5 employees, was selected for their high ratings, culture fit, cost value, and alignment with the bank's values. The project resulted in the creation of company-wide personas and journey maps, the deployment of several educational intranet sites, and the establishment of a remote work program. The client praised Evolve for their ability to drive structure and meet business needs during the pandemic.
