The goal was to prioritize the needs of customers and members over the organization's own priorities. The Evolve team, consisting of 6-10 employees, embarked on a comprehensive project involving member research, strategy development, design, prototyping, co-design research, refinement, and testing. The project was successful, and the client was referred to Evolve Collaborative due to their reputation for excellence and unique approach.
The company was also engaged by a financial services company to develop a vision for their Client Experience Program. The project involved co-creating future state visions for specific client segments and products and designing a Client Experience toolkit.
