MAN Truck & Bus Polska, a commercial vehicle manufacturer, engaged eVolpe Consulting Group to develop a local CRM system. The pre-existing system was not fitting the company's needs, prompting them to seek eVolpe's specialized services. Over the course of five years, eVolpe has been customizing the system for MAN Truck & Bus based on their specific requests and needs, using the SugarCRM open-source system.
