eVolpe Consulting Group was hired by Hendi Polska, a catering equipment company, to implement a modern tool for managing a large group of B2C and B2B contacts. The project involved numerous integrations with Box platforms and proprietary solutions, as well as the preparation of a service platform based on the functionalities available in CRM. eVolpe was selected for their local availability, flexibility, and project management methodology. They used the SugarCRM open-source system for the project, with 11 people from their team involved. Throughout the project, eVolpe maintained constant contact with project teams, oversaw the backlog, and supported integration and data exchange.

MAN Truck & Bus Polska, a commercial vehicle manufacturer, worked with eVolpe Consulting Group to develop a local CRM system. The company had previously used an out-of-the-box system that was not a good fit, leading them to engage eVolpe. The Consulting Group developed the system over five years, based on the features requested by MAN Truck & Bus Polska. They also provided day-to-day support and customized the system as per the company's needs. The SugarCRM open-source system was used, with fewer than 10 developers from eVolpe involved. The partnership, which began in September 2014, is ongoing.
