Evojam

Evojam was hired by Kompas Inwestycji, a construction database firm, for IT consulting services. The development stage included the implementation of features that enabled construction companies to communicate and provide information. The project team consisted of a project manager and about six other resources. The collaboration began in June 2021 and is ongoing.

Evojam was chosen for their culture fit and alignment with the company's values. The project involved multiple training sessions in management, HR psychology, leadership, and change introduction. After each session, high-quality materials and recommendations were provided. This project was carried out by a team of 2-5 employees.
