Evojam

Evojam was hired by Kompas Inwestycji, a construction database firm, to help modernize their database and make it more interactive. The goal was to create a platform where construction market participants could communicate and exchange information about orders and contractors. Evojam was selected for their understanding of Kompas Inwestycji's needs and their cost-effective services. The project involved a discovery workshop to clarify expectations and find new solutions. The team from Evojam consisted of a project manager and two developers, one for the backend and one for the frontend.

Evojam worked with Kompas Inwestycji again on a custom software development project. The CEO of Kompas Inwestycji needed Evojam's expertise in this area. The project involved a discovery workshop, refining ideas, and the development of a multi-site software product. The platform allowed different construction companies to communicate and input their information and enabled the internal team at Kompas Inwestycji to access this information for market research. The project team included a project manager and around six resources from Evojam. The project began in June 2021 and is ongoing.

Scythe Studio, a custom software development company, hired Evojam for HR consulting. The goal was to onboard new management members and introduce company-wide values. Evojam was selected for their great culture fit and aligned company values. The project involved multiple training sessions in management, HR psychology, leadership, and introducing changes. After each session, Scythe Studio was provided with high-quality materials and recommendations. The team from Evojam consisted of 2-5 employees.
