Eversoft

Eversoft was hired by cmT Sp. z o.o, a Polish construction services firm with an international background, to develop custom software to streamline their operations. The company's main objectives were to speed up and better organize their engineers' work, simplify processes, reduce time spent on site, facilitate after-inspection report preparation and delivery, and provide an easy way to manage reports. Eversoft was chosen for their proximity and good value for cost. Communication was primarily through in-person meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

Eversoft developed DD-Ex, a mobile and desktop application used for controlling and monitoring defects as part of Technical Due Diligence and supervision services. The app, available in four languages, interfaces with a database of typical defects. It allows users to record defects, sync them with a central database for further processing on a computer, and generate various types of reports. The reports can be sent to contractors or investors, with the option for interactive online updates on the progress and removal of defects.

The first version of DD-Ex was launched in August 2016. Based on the experience of using it in projects realized by cmT, a set of additional requirements was designed to increase its efficiency. The development process for creating version 2.0 was completed in June 2019. Eversoft's solution has successfully met cmT's objectives, streamlining their operations and making the management of reports more efficient.
