Eversoft

Eversoft was hired by cmT Sp. z o.o, a Polish real estate company, to develop a custom software to streamline their construction process. The company aimed to speed up and simplify the work of their engineers, reduce time spent on site, ease the preparation and delivery of after-inspection reports, and provide an easy way to manage these reports. Eversoft was chosen for their proximity and good value for cost. The main form of communication was through in-person meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

The software developed by Eversoft, named DD-Ex, is a mobile and desktop application used for controlling and monitoring defects as part of Technical Due Diligence and supervision services. The app, compatible with iOS, Android, and Windows, is available in four languages and interfaces with a database of typical defects. Users can select their preferred language and generate reports in different languages. Defects recorded are synchronized with a central database for further processing and report generation. The reports can be sent to contractors or investors and can be updated interactively online. The app was first launched in August 2016, with an updated version released in June 2019.

Feedback from cmT Sp. z o.o was positive, highlighting the efficiency of the software in achieving the company's objectives. The app has significantly sped up the work of engineers, simplified the process, reduced time spent on site, and eased the preparation and delivery of after-inspection reports. The ability to manage reports easily was also appreciated. The development process of creating the updated version of the app, based on the experience of using it in projects, was completed successfully.
