Evergreen

Evergreen was hired by a financial services company to create a virtual chatbot for messengers such as Facebook Messenger, Viber, and Telegram. The project was led by a Project Manager, a Back-end developer, and a QA engineer from the Evergreen team. The team began by creating a script followed by completing the design. The chatbot, also known as a "virtual assistant", was based on Kwizbot - a self-service chatbot orchestration and management tool. The client was satisfied with the results and appreciated Evergreen's professionalism and quality of work.

In another project, Evergreen was contracted by Premier Hotels and Resorts to develop a virtual assistance chatbot for instant messengers and their website. The chatbot, also referred to as a "virtual concierge", was created to provide a new channel of communication with guests. The team from Evergreen, consisting of a Project Manager, a Back-end developer, and a QA engineer, began with scenario creation and then executed the development. The chatbot was based on Corezoid and Sender, with the addition of Kwizbot for chatbot orchestration and management. The client was pleased with the solution provided by Evergreen.

Yara Bulgaria, an agricultural company, sought Evergreen's expertise for a UI/UX redesign of their existing Farm Management System. The goal was to make the system more user-friendly and convenient for desktop users. The project was handled by a team of PM and UX designers from Evergreen. The team started with an on-site meeting and a deep interview with the client's team, followed by a UX audit and the presentation of several design hypotheses. They then developed a design concept for the whole product and prepared all design assets in a developer-friendly way. The client was impressed with Evergreen's approach and the final output.
