Evergreen was hired by Yara International, an agricultural company, to redesign the UI/UX of their existing Farm Management System. The goal was to make the system more user-friendly and convenient for desktop users. The team from Evergreen, which included a Project Manager and UX designers, began with an on-site meeting and a deep interview, followed by an audit of the current UX. They then proposed several design hypotheses and completed the design concept and whole product redesign. All design assets were prepared in a developer-friendly manner. For Premier Hotels and Resorts, Evergreen developed a virtual assistance chatbot for instant messengers and their website. The objective was to create a new communication channel with guests. The team, consisting of a Project Manager, a Back-end developer, and a QA engineer, began with scenario creation and moved on to development. The "virtual concierge" chatbot was based on Corezoid and Sender, and Evergreen also provided their own chatbot orchestration and management service, Kwizbot.
