Evergo Partners was employed by an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) provider to assist with a significant business transformation. The ICT company was undergoing a shift from offshore to nearshore operations and sought Evergo Partners' expertise in IT consulting to facilitate this transition. The Evergo Partners team was instrumental in the successful transfer of the in-shore organization to an overseas location, ensuring the process was correctly implemented. This project marked the beginning of a long-term collaboration between the two companies.

In the subsequent phase of their partnership, Evergo Partners was tasked with redefining the service management framework of the ICT provider. The framework was based on a mobile phone manufacturer and required Evergo Partners to standardize the processes for IT engineering. The team also created training materials for the ICT company.
