Highlights from Recent Projects
Euvic provided equipment and services management for a mobile network operator in Poland. The company needed a new supplier for their microwave transmission network after their previous partner closed their Poland office. Euvic took over the contract and supplied the necessary equipment for the network. They were responsible for the delivery, installation, and maintenance of the equipment. The partnership began in July 2019 and is still ongoing. The client has placed almost 200 purchase orders with Euvic, amounting to around €1 million.
In another project, Euvic developed a scalable solution for a travel technology company. The company required a high-availability scalable solution that would allow their customers to process a significant number of searches and transactions. Euvic was chosen for their technical expertise in scalable solutions and their ability to provide dedicated resources closely aligned to the client’s time zone. The technology stack used for the project included Microsoft Azure using core Azure services, Azure API Gateway, Elastic Search, and Angular front-end. The team consisted of 10 software developers, 1 project manager, and 2 technical leads.
Euvic also provided IT support, management, and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) for a green energy division of a large energy company. The company needed support and maintenance for their green energy division, including end-user support, provision of a Microsoft IIS infrastructure-as-a-service, maintenance and development of the SAP system, and windfarm IT maintenance. Euvic facilitated the migration of the company’s SAP and other important systems to their cloud in an IaaS model. They also sent technicians on-site to the company’s wind farms to fix IT issues. The collaboration began in September 2016 and is still ongoing. The team from Euvic consisted of about 20 people.
