In another project, Essential Designs was commissioned by a staffing company to automate their manual recruitment process into a robust web-based platform and mobile application. The team designed and developed web and mobile applications, creating a platform that matches candidates with job opportunities based on role and location. The platform sends push notifications to interested candidates and allows clients to review candidate profiles. The company invested approximately $112,000 USD on the project which began in November 2022 and is ongoing with a three-year contract for continuous software development, technical support, and maintenance services.

Essential Designs also worked with a full-funnel growth marketing service agency, Skille, to create a user-friendly mobile app. The goal was to improve user engagement and experience and seamlessly connect with different social media platforms. The team of 2-5 employees designed and developed the app, ensuring its functionality on both front and back ends and its smooth connection with social media platforms. They also provided ongoing support after the app's launch. The app, which is easy to use, visually appealing, and equipped with efficient marketing campaign management tools, was delivered within the client's budget.
