Escola was contracted by an insurance claims settlement company to develop a mobile application to handle the loss adjustment process. The application was developed for the Android platform and written in Kotlin. Escola was responsible for designing the app's design, scoping analysis, and handling the development team. They developed a detailed implementation schedule, breaking down tasks into sprints, and a precise Gantt chart to monitor the progress of the work. The strategy also focused on ensuring compatibility of individual system modules with the existing back office system. The project was successful and was implemented in a timely manner.
