Ermlab

Ermlab worked with Literacka Sp. z o.o., a startup in the book market, to create a web and mobile application. The aim was to create a platform that collects information about real-world locations related to the plots and creations of movies, books, TV series, comic books, games, and music. The application also needed to be equipped with an intelligent recommendation system. Ermlab was selected through a procurement procedure and came highly recommended. The team consisted of a project manager, frontend and backend programmers, and mobile app programmers.

Michelin, a large tire manufacturing company, sought Ermlab's help to speed up their digitization processes. Ermlab created a digital environment for Michelin's production system, transforming their paper and board-based management tool into a digital version. This software made it easy for Michelin to link with their office data, Excel sheets, Word documents, photos, action plans, etc. The introduction of OSIsoft PI, Office 365, and Power BI tools to the Michelin team was also facilitated by Ermlab. The project began in June 2016 and is ongoing.

Emplocity, a provider of a talent sourcing platform for multinational enterprises, hired Ermlab to create an AI and deep learning algorithm. The software was designed to plan conversations with professional candidates based on specific job descriptions. Ermlab provided professional data services, test cases for algorithm training, structured data processes, prototypes, testing environments, and test subjects. They also consulted on architectural design. A team of five from Ermlab worked on this project from September 2018 to March 2019.
