Equal was hired by O-CMO, a platform matching tech service companies with marketing executives and senior experts, to digitalize their internal processes and optimize workflows. The project involved developing a real-time tracking system for customers, introducing a method for documenting item conditions to prevent disputes, and integrating the new ERP system with the existing CRM. Equal's team of 2-5 employees analyzed the business and proposed an ERP system that streamlined operations and improved customer trust. The project was a game-changer for O-CMO, reducing errors, speeding up packing, and minimizing disputes.

For Trjsenergy, an energy transition SaaS platform, Equal was tasked with redesigning their corporate website and ERP modules, creating modern prototypes for investors and clients, and delivering scalable design systems for continuous growth. Equal's team of 2-5 employees redesigned Trjsenergy's white-label SaaS platform and ERP dashboards, prepared high-fidelity prototypes for investor pitches, and built a flexible design system to support new modules. They also delivered marketing websites and brand assets that elevated Trjsenergy's positioning in a highly competitive B2B market.

Elogic Commerce, an ecommerce web development company, hired Equal to design and develop a custom ERP SaaS platform to unify their warehouse operations, dispatch tracking, and customer management into one centralized system with a clean and intuitive user interface. Equal conducted a full UX discovery phase, including stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and prototype testing. They created a multi-role ERP dashboard with real-time analytics and integrations to Elogic Commerce's CRM and cloud storage. The deliverables included wireframes, interactive prototypes, final UI screens, and a complete design system in Figma ready for handoff to their development team.
