Highlights from Recent Projects
Epsilon undertook a project for the California State Lottery, a marketing organization that provides lottery products. The client's website was initially stagnant and they desired a more interactive and dynamic platform to support millions of players. Lacking the necessary skills and knowledge within their IT department, they sought Epsilon's expertise. Epsilon designed and developed a public website with single sign-on capability, provided full system development lifecycle support, conducted page reviews, usability assessments, and backend development. The project, which was an $8 million contract over three years, was completed in February 2012.
Epsilon also partnered with Pacific Union, a leading luxury real estate brokerage in the San Francisco Bay Area. The client sought to transition from old tools and paper-dependent documentation processes to a digital process. The challenge was to create a tool that could publish across three channels: an iPad app, the Web, and paper. Epsilon took on the responsibility of designing the aesthetic frontend, enhancing backend functionality, and providing content development recommendations. They also conducted training seminars and provided ongoing support and maintenance. The project, which cost roughly three-quarters of a million dollars, went into beta launch in October 2013.
