Highlights from Recent Projects
Epsilon, previously known as SolutionSet, undertook an $8 million project for the California State Lottery, redesigning and developing their public website with a single sign-on capability. The project was initiated to transform the previously stagnant website into a more dynamic and interactive platform that could support millions of users and future sales initiatives. The project, which was completed in February 2012, involved design, backend development, page reviews, usability assessments, and full support for the system development lifecycle. The client was satisfied with Epsilon's services, which were chosen after a rigorous RFP process.
In another project, Epsilon collaborated with Pacific Union, a leading luxury real estate brokerage in the San Francisco Bay Area. The project involved transitioning from paper-dependent documentation processes to a purely digital process, with a tool that could publish across an iPad app, the Web, and to old-fashioned paper. The project required design, backend development, content creation, training, and ongoing support, all of which Epsilon successfully provided. The initiative, which cost roughly three-quarters of a million dollars, was completed in October 2013. Pacific Union was impressed with Epsilon's core competencies, success, and their willingness to familiarize themselves with the tricky real estate market, and continue to retain their services.
