Epicenter Consulting

Epicenter Consulting was hired by Bellaire Rehab SPOT, an outpatient orthopedic and neurological Speech, Physical, and Occupational Therapy center, to improve the company's workflow, operations, and tracking. The team at Epicenter, consisting of 2-5 employees, was chosen due to their high ratings, geographical proximity, affordable pricing, and good value for cost. As a result of the project, the medical practice saw significant improvements in their workflow and operations, leading to more efficient and effective patient care.

In another project, Epicenter Consulting was contracted by Spun Life, LLC, a company that sells delta 8, 9, 10, and hhc gummies and vapes online, to develop and launch their e-commerce site. The team at Epicenter, again consisting of 2-5 employees, was chosen due to a referral. The key deliverable was the successful launch of the site with design and dropship integration, which has since facilitated the company's online sales.

Lastly, Epicenter Consulting was engaged by Pine Cove, a network of faith-based summer camps and day camp programs in the Southeast US, to enhance and maintain their Summer Staff Recruiting and Hiring software platform. The 2-5 person team at Epicenter was chosen for their high ratings, great culture fit, and good value for cost. As part of the project, Epicenter developed new UI functions, added reporting functionality, improved the speed of the application, developed an admin portal interface, developed a transactional email system, and assisted with system migrations and security hardening. The enhancements made to the software platform have since streamlined the recruitment and hiring process at Pine Cove.
