Epic Culture was hired by a User Experience design and development agency to provide training on soft skills, leadership capabilities, and understanding individual strengths and weaknesses. The agency selected Epic Culture based on recommendations from the Entrepreneurs Organization. The engagement involved workshops on personality and leadership skills, as well as ongoing Personality DNA assessments for new hires. The agency worked primarily with Josh Sweeney and his workshop moderators. The feedback was positive, with the agency feeling comfortable hiring Epic Culture and following their lead.

RentScale, a company that helps residential property managers systematize and grow their sales, hired Epic Culture to assess prospective sales representatives and managers. The goal was to improve recruiting decisions and create coaching plans for new team members. Epic Culture was selected for its unique philosophy and tools. The engagement involved running assessments on potential candidates and their managers each time a new sales team was built. RentScale worked with a dedicated account manager from Epic Culture, and the feedback was positive.

Rocketwise, an IT services provider of cloud-based IT and unified communications solutions, engaged Epic Culture to help structure their onboarding process for new employees. The goal was to vet candidates to ensure they were a good fit for the company and culture. Epic Culture provided a variety of HR services including team analysis, personality assessments, team reports, work motivation reports, and individual employee profiles. Rocketwise worked directly with one person from Epic Culture, and the engagement has been ongoing since August 2018. The feedback was positive, with Rocketwise continuing to work with Epic Culture for every new hire.
