EnterPi

EnterPi was hired by HRHNext Services Pvt Ltd, a domestic Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, to develop a custom software. The objective was to enhance employee performance view, update week plans, streamline payroll updates, and create a platform for employee grievances. EnterPi introduced a range of innovative features such as leave management, grievance management, roster management, and an employee dashboard to facilitate efficient scheduling and better performance monitoring. The software also incorporated gamification elements to boost employee motivation and engagement. The project, which involved 6-10 EnterPi employees, resulted in a user-friendly, intuitive, and efficient Human Resources Management System (HRMS) that allows for better workforce management and data-driven decision making.

A travel booking agency employed the services of EnterPi for UI/UX design support and product management. EnterPi's scope of work involved the design of core areas of the product, including visualizing the product's look and applying it to the entire design system. They collaborated with in-house UX researchers to test the product for accessibility standards and feature functionality. The team used primary and secondary research to inform the design decisions. The engagement, which began in October 2018, is ongoing and involves around 10 EnterPi team members, including a project manager, a senior designer, and a design team.

A software company specializing in soft skills training for the tech sector hired EnterPi for web development and design. The company aimed to update and implement their website design. EnterPi delivered on these objectives by designing and deploying the website to production. The EnterPi team, composed of 2-5 employees, was selected for this project primarily due to their cost-effectiveness and positive referrals.
