Enozom Software

Enozom Software was hired by an IT company to develop a customer support program. The system was designed to manage customer tickets and requests, classifying them according to priority and severity and distributing them to the relevant departments. The system also included key performance indicators and allowed for faster responses, personal interactions, and seamless chats across different channels. The project was completed by a team of seven developers from Enozom, including backend and frontend developers, a UI/UX specialist, and quality control personnel. The client chose Enozom based on their previous experience and UI/UX skills.

A SaaS company engaged Enozom Software to build a leave-tracking app for companies. The app allows employees to log in and track their available time off and make requests to the admins. The web application was developed using .NET for the backend and Angular for the frontend, while Kotlin and Swift were used for the Android and iOS versions respectively. The team from Enozom included a product owner, web developers, Android and iOS developers, a UI/UX designer, and a quality engineer. The project, which started in January 2018, is ongoing with new features being added based on user feedback.

Enozom Software was contracted by Empolis Information Management GmbH to build various apps for web, iOS, Android, and Windows, as well as APIs. The project also involved integrating into the company's OKR and Scrum process. The selection of Enozom was based on their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, good value for cost, and alignment with the company's values. The project involved 12-20 teammates from Enozom, including designers and QA specialists, and also included organizational support.
