Enosis Solutions partnered with a software company to provide custom software development for a mobile platform used for property inspections. The company was in need of a partner that could fill gaps in resources, knowledge, and expertise. Enosis stepped in as the entire development team, handling everything from minor text changes to significant product enhancements. The team, comprised of six individuals, including two senior developers, managed the development, testing, and distribution process. The project is ongoing, with weekly releases to stage and production, and 1-2 releases per year for the mobile app.

Enosis Solutions was hired by Powerhouse Dynamics, a leading supplier of IoT solutions for commercial cooking equipment, to create a mobile application, provide front-end development support for a WebApp, and port and simplify an embedded Android application. The vendor was chosen for their good value for cost and alignment with company values. Enosis provided a dedicated, autonomous team that integrated into the company's development systems, managing and providing technical leadership for both the development and QA functions. The team of 6-10 employees communicated through Jira and worked on a Kanban system, pulling work as needed.

An HR consulting firm contracted Enosis Solutions to support the rapid growth and expansion of their software offerings. Enosis assisted throughout the software development process, helping to build new features, enhance existing ones, and plan development tasks. The software offered secure file-sharing functionality, an online training platform, and a reporting dashboard. The team from Enosis, which included 2-4 full-time developers, a development lead, a project manager, and a customer relationship overseer, was engaged in February 2016 and the partnership is ongoing. The firm has invested close to $100,000 in the project.
