Enhanceable

Enhanceable was engaged by Inside Travel Group, a tour operator company, to develop a custom platform that could automate their communication with customers and improve their overall customer experience. The platform, custom-built by Enhanceable, connects the staff of Inside Travel Group with their customers, allowing users to access the team during travel difficulties. This tool has automated the company's processes and improved their efficiency in addressing tickets. The collaboration began in July 2020 and continues to date, with a total investment of approximately $35,000. The primary point of contact at Enhanceable has been Harvey, the Founder and CEO.

In another project, Enhanceable was hired by Boldr Law, a legal provider for Web3 companies, to construct a custom dashboard. The goal was to build a dashboard that could integrate various third-party software, forming the backbone of Boldr Law's operations. The scope of work involved discovery, design, and the building of the dashboard, with key deliverables revolving around design (UX/UI) and third-party integration capabilities. The initial steps required the development of a demo dashboard to demonstrate utility. The founder of Enhanceable, Harvey, was the primary contact, although his team also contributed to the underlying development of the dashboard.
