Engipulse was hired by Mindy Support, a company providing AI datasets, Data Annotation, and AI-powered Customer Support services, to develop several digital products as part of a significant internal transformation. Engipulse was chosen due to their competitive pricing, good culture fit, and company values alignment. The team of 2-5 employees initially built an internal data labeling tool for the company. Following the successful completion of this task, the cooperation was extended. Engipulse then deployed and fine-tuned Mindy Support's own on-premise LLM, which is currently in use in production.
