Engipulse was hired by Mindy Support, a company providing AI datasets, Data Annotation, and AI-powered Customer Support services, to develop several digital products as part of a significant internal transformation. Engipulse was chosen due to their competitive pricing, good culture fit, and company values alignment. The team of 2-5 employees initially built an internal data labeling tool for the company. Following the successful completion of this task, the cooperation was extended. Engipulse then deployed and fine-tuned Mindy Support's own on-premise LLM, which is currently in use in production. In addition to providing occasional support and tech advisory to the internal IT Engineering team, Engipulse is now working on the roadmap for the next project, which involves building a customer-facing mobile and web app to organize and automate the LLM training process.
