EngageQ Digital undertook all the planning and research, developing ads according to the clinic's focus for the month and running them on various platforms such as Facebook and Twitter. The clinic's main point of contact was Tod, the president of EngageQ Digital. The collaboration started in June 2018 and is ongoing, with the clinic investing around $1,500 monthly, excluding the cost paid to social media platforms.

EngageQ Digital was hired by Fulton & Company LLP, a mid-sized, full-service law firm, to establish and manage their social media presence. The firm had started and let a Twitter account lapse and had a Facebook page but lacked knowledge on how to run it effectively. EngageQ Digital helped the firm start Instagram and LinkedIn accounts, and connected them with an online social platform for managing accounts on different platforms simultaneously.
