ENGAGENCY was engaged by a full-service digital agency to provide Sitecore development capabilities for a high-profile client. The team at ENGAGENCY inherited the client's website, conducted a Sitecore audit, and created a list of updates and improvements to stabilize the platform. After completing these updates, they launched a migration to Sitecore 9.2. The partnership, which began in July 2018, continues to be strong, with the client praising ENGAGENCY's alignment with their philosophies, missions, and processes.

In a separate project, ENGAGENCY worked with Lifesize, a telecom company, to build a new frontend for their site. They produced the necessary Sitecore components and implemented the design on the staging server. The process was smooth, with the client continuing to work with ENGAGENCY on a monthly basis for various projects, including backend migration and rolling out complicated sections. The client appreciated ENGAGENCY's quick responses and integration into their systems. The partnership, which started in 2015, is ongoing.

ENGAGENCY was also enlisted by a large-scale childcare and employee benefits provider to lead a Sitecore architecture update. They collaborated with the client's internal Sitecore developer, IT staff, and digital design agency to provide backend expertise for the migration from Sitecore 6.5 to 9.2.
