Engage was hired by the Senior Planners Industry Network (SPIN), an association of meeting and event professionals across North America, to overhaul their antiquated Association Management System (AMS) and website. The aim was to simplify the user experience for both members and employees. After considering several providers, SPIN chose Engage due to its comprehensive feature set. Engage scrutinized all of SPIN's processes, realigned several of them, transferred data, and developed their database system. The website was collaboratively designed and launched recently. Engage also offered continual support and is currently involved in data cleanup. The team from Engage comprised of a project manager, data manager, database administrator, and web designer, as well as trainers and support personnel.
