Engage was hired by the Senior Planners Industry Network (SPIN), an association of 2,700 meeting and event professionals across North America, to redesign their website and Association Management System (AMS). The previous AMS was antiquated and complicated, necessitating workarounds for simple tasks. Engage was selected for their comprehensive feature set and began the project by examining and realigning several of SPIN's processes. They transferred data and developed a new database system, collaborating with the SPIN team on the website design. The project team from Engage included a project manager, data manager, database administrator, and web designer, with additional involvement from trainers, support personnel, and upper management. The website has since been launched, with Engage currently performing data cleanup and providing ongoing support.
