The primary objective was to execute the design and implementation of three significant activations, namely Midsumma, Chadstone, The Fashion Capital, and Mothers Day Classic. The scope of work also included sourcing pricing, design, communication, relationship management, product sourcing, styling, and placement. The decision to select Endure Collective was influenced by their cultural fit, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with the company's values.
