Encomage

Encomage was hired by A-SHOP, a Ukrainian women's accessories brand, to migrate their e-commerce platform from Magento 1 to Magento 2. The project also included a redesign of the web-store to increase its speed and efficiency. Encomage was chosen for their timely and serious approach to the project from day one. The project was handled by three developers and a project manager, with regular contact with Encomage's CEO, Andrii. The client was pleased with the quality and speed of progress, as well as the unique approach to the project, which included weekly demos and a total reinvention of the existing Magento theme.

In a separate project, a fintech company hired Encomage to build a fintech platform from scratch. The goal was to create a comprehensive infrastructure. Encomage was selected for their expertise, availability, and fair pricing. The team from Encomage, which included a team lead, two developers, a QA, and a project manager, managed to produce a unique complex solution. This included creating a customer cabinet and payment gateway admin panel from scratch. The client received a ready-made payment platform that now successfully serves dozens of merchants.

For an e-retailer of complex niche consumer goods, Encomage was hired to fix outstanding issues from a previous Magento setup. Over time, they carried out more involved customizations to improve the operating efficiency of the e-commerce business. This included automated shipping, complex shipping rules, a purchasing management system from scratch, a product serial number tracking system, and integration and debugging of dozens of extensions. The team lead, Andrii, and various developers worked on the project. The client appreciated Andrii's responsiveness, especially during emergencies, and his advice on development strategies for upgrades and payment security.
