Encircl LLC

Encircl LLC undertook a project for a self-employed healthcare services consultant who sought to enhance their online presence through a website and blog overhaul. The project, which ran from June to December 2017, involved the complete development of the client's website and the creation of numerous blog entries. Encircl's team integrated all necessary metadata and conducted in-depth industry research to ensure relevant tags and content were used. The client worked directly with the managing director, with additional support from a team in the United States and overseas. The project was initiated by the client who had previously worked with one of Encircl's executives.

In a separate project for SerenataFlowers.com, Encircl LLC was hired to improve email delivery. As an online florist, the company relied heavily on email communication, but faced challenges with emails being relegated to junk folders. The project's goals included achieving a high degree of inbox placement, improving email engagement, enhancing domain reputation, and increasing ROI. Encircl provided a list of seed addresses for testing, checked and conducted A/B testing on all emails, and ran the entire email database through their validator program to identify problematic contacts. They also monitored Hotmail Smart Network Data Services and Google Postmaster Analytics daily. The client had regular contact with two deliverability experts from Encircl.
