After reviewing ten competitors, Encaptechno was selected due to their professionalism, cost-effectiveness, and proven track record. The company provided several rounds of feedback, a great design team, and engineering team. Weekly check-ins and project updates ensured smooth communication and a successful overall solution.

Encaptechno was hired by Innovative NOI, Inc., an A.I. backed consulting firm, to build out their customer portal. The project involved integrating multiple Zoho ONE platforms into a single simplified customer portal, allowing customers to schedule meetings, update their payment information, and manage their profile information. Encaptechno was the only firm that instilled confidence in the team that they could deliver the desired end result. The project was successfully completed with the help of a primary Project Manager and a primary system developer from Encaptechno.

Dada Motors, an automobile sale and service company, hired Encaptechno to develop custom software. The goal was to control all Body Shop Vehicles, track various stages involved, and have better control over the process. Encaptechno, an existing vendor who had previously developed CRM software for the company, was selected due to their good value for cost and aligned company values. The project involved creating an app through Zoho creator for data input and various MIS through Mail to respective managers for understanding vehicles lying in various stages and taking action to improve productivity.
