Enautics collaborated with Mozy by EMC, a cloud backup service provider, to automate their lead nurturing process. Enautics, as a certified Eloqua partner, handled the complete implementation and integration of Eloqua's marketing automation solution. The project included designing and customizing based on Mozy's CRM platform, working on web tracking functionality, and setting up lead scoring and nurturing email campaigns. The initiative required strategic planning and technical expertise, with a team of four to five people from Enautics working on the project. Completed in July 2011, the platform was designed to handle a flow of anywhere from one to several thousand leads a month.

Enautics worked with a regional credit union servicing five states to build an on-boarding program. The program aimed to quickly familiarize new members with the credit union's core business and product offerings, leveraging the finding that the majority of cross sales occur within the first ninety days of membership. The project, which was a partnership between the two entities, was complex and involved four different programs controlling email, direct mail, Perl pages, and the logic of who's included in the program. Completed in September 2013, the project took approximately nine months, with a team of three from the credit union and a team from Enautics working together.
