Empha Studio

Empha Studio was hired by an Australian property development company to build a new online platform for managing flexible office leases. The platform included a frontend public ecommerce function, a customer portal, and a management portal. After conducting multiple interviews and reviewing prior projects, Empha Studio was selected for their collaborative team culture fit. The project involved initial design and user journeys using Figma, user testing, iteration, and launch. The client worked directly with one resource from Empha Studio, Tania, who effectively joined their team.

A financial services company engaged Empha Studio for a UX revamp for a major platform release and the implementation and updating of their design system. Empha Studio was selected due to their great culture fit and aligned company values. The project involved a full UX overhaul to align with long-term strategic objectives, revisiting all pages and features to create a consistent user experience throughout the platform. The focus areas were on component design, header and menu navigation, and general updates and better standards for the design system.

A telecommunications company hired Empha Studio to simplify the UI, improve the overall UX of the product, make a more intuitive UX, and have consistency of visual vocabulary. Empha Studio was selected due to their close geographic location, great culture fit, and good value for cost. The project involved decluttering the user interface to guide the user into a seamless flow. The solution was broken down into key areas, starting by redesigning some isolated features before proceeding to redesign the end-to-end flow.
