Emergent Software

Emergent Software was employed by a retail company specializing in windows and doors to update their proposal system. The company found Emergent Software through an online search and chose them due to their high ratings and close geographic location. A team of 2-5 Emergent Software employees transformed the company's outdated Access-based system, which had been in use since 2006, into a modern, updated proposal system. This new system is now a valuable asset to the company, offering support when needed and the flexibility to be used from any location, unlike the previous desktop app.

Emergent Software was hired by Pediatric Home Service, a company providing medical care and durable medical equipment for children at home, to develop a custom software portal for their patients. The portal allows patients to log in and submit their online orders directly. The project, which involved rebuilding the portal to connect with BrightTree, has significantly enhanced the efficiency of the business, resulting in a substantial return on investment. In addition to the portal, Emergent Software also maintains and supports the company's web development, Azure integrations, Microsoft licensing, Azure environments, SQL, and reporting. The project, which cost roughly $500,000 per year, started in July 2023 and ended in October 2024, but the engagement is still ongoing.

American Poly Water Corporation, a chemical products manufacturer for infrastructure development, engaged Emergent Software to rebuild a 35-year-old software system into a web application. The software, which calculates the expected pulling tension in cabling design, was 80% rebuilt from scratch, with some calculation parts uploaded from the existing system. Emergent Software also assisted with interface design and now provides hosting and ongoing support services. The project, which cost approximately $285,000, was signed in August 2023 and completed in March 2024, but ongoing support continues.
