Emerald Studio

Emerald Studio was hired by Fundación Universitaria de Ciencias de Salud (FUCS), a higher education institution based in Bogota, Colombia, to update their website and mobile application. The studio implemented new features, improved performance, and integrated a CMS system using Joomla. They also built a microsite. The collaboration began in June 2016 and continues to date. The client expressed satisfaction with the updates and improvements made by the Emerald Studio team.

A delivery company contracted Emerald Studio to develop a software platform to automate their processes. The result was a mobile app for Android and iOS devices that functioned similarly to Uber, but solely for delivery services. Users could request deliveries and track their packages, and delivery personnel could confirm completion of deliveries with photos. The project began in March 2020 and, despite temporary suspension due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the app was completed and the collaboration continues with ongoing technical support.

Emerald Studio was engaged by Clever Market, a logistics marketplace, to develop their marketplace platform. The studio delivered a fully functional platform for Android, a web administration control, a landing page, and function manuals. Communication was primarily through virtual meetings. The client chose Emerald Studio for their high ratings and good value for cost. The team size was between 6-10 employees. The client was satisfied with the functional platform and other deliverables provided by Emerald Studio.
