The company offered a wide range of services, from setting up desktops, printers, and scanners to assisting with eDiscovery. The partnership resulted in the successful integration of technology into the law firm's daily operations, enhancing efficiency and productivity. The law firm also benefited from eMazzanti's MXInspect email security and a WatchGuard Firewall, ensuring a secure environment for their data. The project was managed by a leader with support from 1-2 engineers on-site and additional support engineers as needed.

In another project, eMazzanti Technologies was hired by Castle Hotel and Spa to enhance their website. The goal was to make the website more appealing and efficient for guests and to generate additional revenue. The project involved re-inventing the hotel's gift card program, updating the room packages page, and adding a Discovery page of destinations to explore during a visit. The result was a more user-friendly website that effectively drove revenue. The project was led by Susan C. from eMazzanti, who worked closely with the hotel's House Manager on design and managed the team collaboration and schedule.

Lastly, eMazzanti Technologies was contracted by Space, LLC, a construction and residential property management company, to develop a custom application to manage landlord/tenant operations and organize transactions. The project aimed to eliminate manual processes and paperwork. The work was completed over three months, and the implementation went smoothly with the team providing training and timely responses to minor issues. The project resulted in the complete automation of all tenant processes, streamlining operations for the company. The project involved a team of seven from eMazzanti, including a functional specialist, business analyst, project manager, application designers/programmers, network architect and executive sponsorship.
