The project was meticulously planned with the creation of a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document and the division of the site features into two-week iterations. The team comprised a business analyst, developer, QA engineer, and project manager. The end result was a website that not only met the client's expectations but also received positive feedback from clients.
Next, the company was again hired by Olivia Lawyers, this time for a mobile app development project. The goal was to create a user-friendly cross-platform app to aid users in understanding documents submitted in lawsuits. Elysian Techlabs developed a hybrid app using React Native and managed the entire project from start to finish. The team for this project also consisted of four members.
Lastly, Elysian Techlabs was contracted by a service location startup to develop a cross-platform service locator app for iOS and Android. The app was designed to allow users to select and request services near their location and make payments directly through the app. The project team included a project manager, a business analyst, an app developer, and a tester. The vendor was selected based on one of their marketing campaigns.
