Elsewhen was hired by Elizabeth's Smile, a child support organization, to create their brand architecture, website template, and the UI/UX for their online community platform. The project involved a team of 2-5 people from Elsewhen who worked closely with the organization to understand their goals and build their brand from scratch. The result was a fully integrated, on-message, and impactful website and online platform that supports grieving children and their caregivers. Elsewhen was also engaged by a transportation company to create a global CO2 based microsite for the industry. The project involved a design sprint to create a comprehensive CO2 related microsite, considering the full customer journey around CO2 calculation, explanations, and a payment section for contributions. The deliverables included workshop facilitation of multiple internal stakeholders, preparation, sketching, prototype MVP designs, testing & validation of internal & external users, and finalizing designs for IT development. In another project, Elsewhen was hired by a communications company to improve the customer experience with the installation of new services.
